House rules
🌿 Check-out is at 11 am or earlier. Please coordinate with host Inge or Cosie.
🌿 Silence or reduced volume outdoors between 10 PM and 7 AM.
🌿 Coffee and tea are available à volonté in the shared kitchen in the main hall. Please let us know if the coffee beans or tea run out and we haven't noticed.
🌿 The tap water inside is drinkable. The Basseville stream that flows through the estate might also be, but we advise against it.
🌿 In the shared fridge:
• ... you will be assigned a space - you can use it for your own convenience.
• ... you will find the honesty bar, in the two buckets at the bottom. Feel free to help yourself to the (non-alcoholic) drinks - just draw chalk lines on the slate next to the fridge
🌿 Breakfast can be provided upon request (at least one day in advance) for €25 per person in the shared large hall. You will then find your breakfast in your section of the fridge and in the baskets on the kitchen counter. If there are other guests present, please clean up after breakfast (plates/dishes/bags in the dishwasher).
🌿 For guests of the rooms on the ground floor (Water, Earth, Fire, Air): Feel free to use the shared kitchen in the great hall. Just leave everything clean: waste in the bins, clean pots and pans (wash by hand or in the dishwasher), plates/glasses/cutlery/bags in the dishwasher, clean countertop. You'll find dishwasher tablets in the black cabinet next to the dishwasher, on the bottom shelf.
🌿 The entire domain is smoke-free: children play here, guests with sensitive lungs stay, and we want to protect the natural area (and of course prevent fires anywhere).
🌿 Pets are not allowed – we gladly welcome guests with allergies.
(!) Assistance dogs are of course welcome – in Water, Fire, and Air rooms.
🌿 Are you staying in the apartment? Please bring the used bath and bed linen to the laundry bag (in the bathroom) downstairs – this way Inge can do the laundry independently.
🌿 A charge of €15 per key will be applied in case of lost keys.
🌿 Photography and other image recordings on our property for professional purposes are not allowed without explicit permission from Cosie or Inge.
🌿 The rooms are equipped with smoke detectors with non-replaceable batteries. In case of fire, please call the emergency number 112 immediately and evacuate the building.
